Every homeowner who reaches out to Sharpclaimed Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Sharpclaimed Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Florida.
Send an email to contact@sharpclaimed.property with these details:
We reply by email to confirm we received it, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we send you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
